INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Three tastefully decorated bedrooms: master(king), queen and a "bunkbed" room. Additional
sleeping in loft overlooking the great room (living, dining room). A few steps down from the great
room, the pine "Muskoka room" with three walls of windows gives an ever-changing view of the
lake and surrounding woods. Two full bathrooms including ensuite with spa shower.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Indigenous plantings that attract birds and butterflies surround the granite patio and stone steps
to the lake. Large dock jutting into a private bay makes for easy access to the lake which has a
sand bottom. An ideal setting in which to enjoy a totally relaxed change of pace.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Bracebridge has many attractions including a variety of types of shopping, golf courses (Taboo for
example), fine and relaxed dining, movie theatre, boat cruises. Within an hour's drive all the
attractions of Muskoka can be reached including Santa's Village in Bracebridge.
