INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This 4 Season cozy waterfront home has a formal dinning room for 8, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher
and center island. The family room has a real wood burning fire place and luxurious grand leather
furniture.
Master bedroom has cherrywood furniture and queen size bed as well as a single cot, desk and walk in
closet.
2nd bedroom overlooking the lake has a double bed and 3rd bedroom overlooking the lake has a double
bunk with single on top!
Slider windows to back patio with awsome views and southern exposure of the lake. 3 piece washroom
with full bath tub/shower. Laundry facilities in the basement.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Flagstone patio area with fire pit at the water's edge. Poured concrete and quarry stone in-ground pool (4'
shallow and 8' deep end) 17x36ft long. There is the option of Pool Propane Heat Tank available to order
for $300. Picnic table on upper patio by the cottage.
Patio furniture beside the pool. Fire Pit and Chairs, open side yard for badminton, volleyball etc.
Private 16x16 floating dock on the water for boating, sun bathing and water sports.
In the winter, this is an incredible home for celebrating Christams Hollidays with family.
It is a great spot for ice fishing, snowmobiling, skating, downhill skiing and cross country skiing.

The Old Marina Restaurant known for awsome views over the water and most certainly the best patio
balcony food in town!....it is 5 min walking distance down the road if you do not wish to cook all
the time..... We have 6 great golf courses all within 2-20 minutes! Wonderful spas for pampering! The
Boat launch, the water sports shop and the Canadian National Water Ski and Boarding School are located
beside the restaurant. Hiking trails all around, 3 minutes to the movies, lots of restaurants, shopping
malls, antique shops, craft shops, Reids Chocolate Factory, Museums, Art galleries, Bowling, Mini putt,
Paintballing, Rock climbing, Go-carts, Night life and dance clubs, Tubbing down Elora Rappids, Hot air
balloon rides, Grocery, Pharmacy, Liquor and Beer stores are all within 2 min. The cottage is 10 Min to the
Butterfly Sanctuary, 15 minutes to the African Lion Safary Zoo, 10 min to the Waterloo-Wellington
