Beautifully cozy cottage with Hardwood Floors, 5 Appliances, a Washer & Dryer, large screen TV, 4 Bedrooms plus loft, 3 baths, breathtaking views from the deck, the dock or the large picture windows with western exposure. Over 2,600 sq. ft. of comfort (main floor is 1600 sq. ft. and walkout lower level is 1000 sq.ft.). Cottage is on beautiful Canal Lake 10 minutes from Lake Simcoe, 25 Minutes from Orillia and is part of the Trent Severn Lake System. This cottage has 75 Feet of sandy shoreline with shallow water located in a calm inlet off of the main channel. The warmer, shallow water makes it ideal for families with small children. A canoe and life jackets are also provided free for your enjoyment.

Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cooktop and oven. Washer/dryer, 2 Wood burning fireplaces, TV/DVD, CD player, radio, deck, dock - Excellent fishing just off the dock. Canoe and life jackets provided for your stay. Clean, drinkable well water. Blankets, pillows & linens supplied. Professional Cleaning.
Bedroom layout:
#1- Mater bedroom has a King size bed & ensuite
#2- The "kids room" had one set of bunk beds and there is additional room on the floor to inflate a queen size mattress.
#3- The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed
#4- The loft has a double bed. (note that the loft is accessed by climbing a ladder so it's not recommended for small children or elderly guests)
#5- The 5th bedroom is on the lower level and it has a queen size bed and an ensuite washroom.
In addition, the sectional sofa in the upstairs family room is a pull out as well as the 2 sofas in the downstairs family room (one is a single and the other a double).

RATE INFORMATION
Peak Season:
Weekly Rentals Only (Saturday to Saturday).
June 30th to September 8th $2400/week.
Mid Season:
June and September $1500/week or $1100 for weekends
Off Season:
(Weekly or daily rental available)
October to May $1000/week or 2 nights for $600 plus $150 for each additional ($600 minimum). All taxes are included.
Holiday Weekends have a premium.
Cleaning service is provided and required for all guests.
Security Deposits are required with all rentals. Pricing based on 10 guests, additional guests are possible at an additional fee.
