Great Cottages requires local individuals at any lake, resort or recreational getaways as Community Ambassadors.

The opportunity will be for you to provide Great Cottages with recreational rental property owners contact information and refer them to us to list their rental properties. In addition, we will require local community events, dates and photographs for each area.

Too many times, we assume that the people who will rent our recreational properties come from nearby. This is far from reality. The truth is that in the last 12 months, Great Cottages has received rental inquiries from over 90 countries, 27 USA states, & Canada.

The fun part. Great Cottages wants to have as many owners list their recreational rental properties. We want to showcase as many locations and destinations as possible, for our visitors to check out when they begin their holiday search.

The tourists demand that they can see first hand what kind of property they are renting. Great Cottages is working with owners to provide these vacationers with a true picture of exactly what they are renting. We want to take the risk out of renting sight unseen.

The role of a Community Ambassador is to refer as many owners as possible from the lake or resort area in which they are situated. The local Community Ambassadors will receive $ 50.00 for every new owner/ lister that they refer to Great Cottages that signs up.

We invite you to join our Community Ambassador program and participate in the further development of tourism for your area.

How much time will it take you ask? Frankly, I would expect that you will network with your lake friends who are owners like yourself who rent out their recreational properties.

Your role will be to introduce them to Great Cottages and all of the advantages and benefits that owners receive. Many owners do not have an internet presence. If they do  have a website, they do not know how to market their property effectively.

We at Great Cottages are web savvy, and help owners yearly to fill their rental weeks.
