Council for the town of Sylvan Lake voted down proposed Bylaw # 1310.
In the next several weeks at a future council meeting, a new set of regualtions forming a Bylaw will be proposed based on the input received from the cottage owners from the 2 previous meetings.
The process will then start over again with the first reading, and then a public hearing will be take place at a subsequent council meeting, and if goes forward then a 2nd and 3 rd reading before it is passed into law.
